Louise has a first class master’s in cognitive behavioural therapy and a bsc (hons) in counselling and psychotherapy, dip in clinical supervision and a dip in relationship intimacy.

She is an experienced trainer and facilitator in Ireland and abroad. she has over 18 years’ experience in counselling. Louise is also a director of zest4kidz, an overseas agency working with vulnerable children all over the world. she is married with three fabulous daughters, a son-in-law and three precious godsons.
