Louise has a first class master’s in cognitive behavioural therapy and a bsc (hons) in counselling and psychotherapy, dip in clinical supervision and a dip in relationship intimacy.
She is an experienced trainer and facilitator in Ireland and abroad. she has over 18 years’ experience in counselling. Louise is also a director of zest4kidz, an overseas agency working with vulnerable children all over the world. she is married with three fabulous daughters, a son-in-law and three precious grandsons.
There are times when life can be difficult and challenging for all of us, particularly during times of stress, anxiety, grief, emotional growth, relationship difficulties and many more of the stresses and strains we have to contend with. sometimes we feel like we are on a treadmill, getting nowhere and not knowing how to move forward.
