Foundation Course in Counselling and Psychotherapy for those who wish to explore counselling and learn new skills. Ideal for those involved in Pastoral Care or those who wish to go on to do the Diploma course in Counselling & Psychotherapy or further training towards a degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy with ZestLife or one of the other national colleges. 

This course will provide the stepping stone to a career in Counselling or Psychotherapy or ideal for someone who is interested in a journey of self discovery and spiritual freedom. (100 hrs)

The course takes a look at the core areas of counselling skills, communication and includes psychodynamic, person centred and cognitive behavioural therapeutic methods.

DUBLIN COURSE: Location - ZestLife Training Centre, Churchtown

Time: Course starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm each day. Tea and coffee provided.

Bring packed lunch or local restaurants/coffee shops close by.

Learning style: 100hrs are covered in a blended learning style with tutor contact hours along with home and group assignment. Fun and interactive.

Fees: Price is per module payable on the first day of each module by cheque, cash or bank transfer only.
