Day 1 : Introduction of Young's Schema Therapy
Day 2 : Integration of Schema Therapy into Practice
Day 3 : Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
Day 4 : Acceptance & Committment Therapy
Day 5 : Integration and Adaption into Practice
Time: Course starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm each day. Tea and coffee provided.
